Bright, refined, modern and balconied 90 square meters three-room apartment, with elegant entrance in a historic corner building turning off into the heart of Via Veneto, the street of the dolce vita and seat of the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Westin Excelsior, Marriott Flora, Via Veneto Hotel, Ambassadors, Majestic and others; located 80 meters from Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese, the city’s most important park, 200 meters from Piazza Barberini, 10 minutes walking to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor, with elevator, composed of a living room with open kitchen and adjacent bathroom, two bedrooms each with private bathroom, it is equipped with Smart TV, free WI-FI, independent heating/hot water, cold/hot air conditioning system, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

The apartment develops from the entrance immediately to the left with the first bedroom perfectly furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe with a safe, a suitcase stand, an ironing board with iron, a desk with armchair, a bed bench, a large console with 42″ Smart TV and internal fridge. The windowed bathroom is composed of a large wash-basin, a toilet, a bidet, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and a small laundry rack. Continuing from the entrance, immediately to the right, there is a spacious living room with an elegant open kitchen equipped with a large sink, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with pods, toaster; the kitchen is provided with cutlery, plates, pots and pans. In the living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a little sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two small tables, magazine rack, cupboard and a Smart TV 48″; adjacent is a bathroom with a small wash-basin, toilet and shower. At the end of the living room to the right,  is the second bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe with a safe, suitcase stand, iron and ironing board. At the side of the bed, with bed bench, there is a desk with an armchair, a large wall console, a fridge, a 42” Smart TV; the private bathroom is composed of a wash-basin, toilet, bidet, large walk-in shower, equipped with a hair dryer and a clothes line for small hand wash laundry.

For hygiene and safety reasons the apartment is non-smokers.
No pets allowed in the apartment.
The Host is never responsible for objects and personal documents of Guests left inside the apartment.

Agreement

The lease contract that faithfully reproduces the terms and conditions as listed in the homonymous section of our web site, which you shall
complete and sign. The lease contract will have the value of receipt once the balance has been paid, no later than the day scheduled for your arrival and in any case before checking-in.

Cancellation policies

100% advance refund within 14 days prior to arrival date, no advance refund less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

City Tax

The tourist tax of € 5.00  per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights, children under 10 years of age are excluded, is due and has to be paid at the facility.

City Tax

The city tax amounts to € 5,00 per night per person for a maximum of ten nights excluding children under the age of ten. To facilitate check-in operation, each Guest is required to provide a copy of his/her identification document to be communicated to the Rome Tourist Office, which as Host we are required to perform according to the law.

Airport Transfers

At the request of the Guest we can propose a transfer from/to the airport, by car or minivan, offered by an external company, with direct payment to the driver, at an average cost of € 90.00.

Household Linen

The host provide a free change of bath towels and bed linen to each Guest 2 times a week. In case the Guest requests an extra change, the cost for each set of towels will be € 3.50, for bed linen it will be € 7.00.

Cleaning

COVID-19
We have enhanced our cleaning measures by sanitizing and disinfecting spaces and surfaces. We supply our guests with courtesy protective gears and sanitizers.

The Host will provide free daily tidying and cleaning of the apartment from 11:00 to 13:00. Outside these hours the service will cost € 20.00.

Laundry

At request of the Guest, we offer an external paid laundry service for personal clothing, with collection at home by 12 noon and return of clean laundry within 24 hours from collection.

Parking

It is possible to park close to the apartment, for free in the presence of white stripes or paid within blue stripes. Alternatively, we can offer an external paid garage or car valet service in the immediate vicinity.
