The windowed bathroom is composed of a large wash-basin, a toilet, a bidet, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer and a small laundry rack. Continuing from the entrance, immediately to the right, there is a spacious living room with an elegant open kitchen equipped with a large sink, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with pods, toaster; the kitchen is provided with cutlery, plates, pots and pans. In the living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a little sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two small tables, magazine rack, cupboard and a Smart TV 48″; adjacent is a bathroom with a small wash-basin, toilet and shower. At the end of the living room to the right,  is the second bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe with a safe, suitcase stand, iron and ironing board. At the side of the bed, with bed bench, there is a desk with an armchair, a large wall console, a fridge, a 42” Smart TV; the private bathroom is composed of a wash-basin, toilet, bidet, large walk-in shower, equipped with a hair dryer and a clothes line for small hand wash laundry.

For hygiene and safety reasons the apartment is non-smokers.
No pets allowed in the apartment.
The Host is never responsible for objects and personal documents of Guests left inside the apartment.
