Two elegant apartments developing on the same floor, adjacent and willing communicating with each other, having each one its own entry placed in the common hall for the exclusive use of the Guests, with the entrance door at the floor, next to the elevator.
The two refined and modern 90 square meters three-room apartments are bright and balconied, with elegant entrance in a historic corner building turning off into the heart of Via Veneto, the street of the dolce vita and seat of the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Westin Excelsior, Marriott Flora, Via Veneto Hotel, Ambassadors, Majestic and others. They are located 80 meters from Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese, the city’s most important park, 200 meters from Piazza Barberini, 10 minutes walking to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo.
These two facing apartments are located at the 5th floor, with elevator, each one composed of a living room with king size sofa bed, open kitchen and adjacent bathroom, having two bedrooms each with private bathroom, they are equipped with Smart TV, free WI-FI, independent heating/hot water, cold/hot air conditioning system, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
The 4 bedrooms are perfectly furnished with double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, large wardrobes with a safe, suitcase stand, ironing board with iron, desk with armchair, bed bench, a large console with 42″ Smart TV and internal fridge. The 4 windowed private bathrooms are composed of large wash-basins, toilet, bidet, walk-in showers, provided with hair dryers and a small laundry racks. The living rooms are spacious with elegant open kitchens equipped with large sink, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with pods, toaster, provided with cutlery, plates, pots and pans. In each living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, a little sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two small tables, magazine rack, cupboard, a Smart TV 48″ and WI-FI; adjacent a bathroom with a small wash-basin, toilet and shower.
For hygiene and safety reasons the apartment is non-smokers.
No pets allowed in the apartment.
The Host is never responsible for objects and personal documents of Guests left inside the apartment.
At the Guest request we can propose the transfer from the airport by external company, with payment directly to the driver at an average cost of E 50.00.
It is possible to park close to the apartment for free in the presence of white stripes, or paid in the presence of blue stripes. Alternatively, we can offer an external paid garage secure parking or car valet service in the immediate vicinity.
At the Guest request, we offer a external paid laundry service for personal clothing with home collection by 12 p.m. (noon) and return of clean laundry within 24 hours from collection.
The Host will provide a free change of bath towels and bed linen to each single Guest every three days. Should the Guest request an extra change, the cost for each set of towels will be € 3.50, the same for bed linen at the cost of € 7.00.
